I have been asked on numerous occassions what my favourite product finds have been from around the globe this year. I thought I would write this post so that my answer could be read by anyone interested.

The products I am about to list are not an all inclusive list of every amazing product I have found, but they are certainly the ones that come to mind when I think of manufactured products that would be useful for weight management or lifestyle disease management for people around the world.

Food industry gurus..I think many people from a range of countries would be very grateful if some of these products were imported and shared amongst the different nations!

There have certainly been more products that I have come across that are worthy of a mention, however these were definitely my most enjoyed supermarket products.

From a weight management or lifestyle disease management perspective they do certainly appear to be able to serve a purpose and could be enjoyed and useful for people all over the world!

Next time you are in the country these are from…I suggest you give them a try if you are interested.

For now,
